Noah's Potato Chips, Alexandria, LouisianaOne of the favorite topics for viewers of the Retrospective is Noah’s Potato Chip Company, located at 2725 Lee Street, just past City Park, and almost to Texas Avenue. They made a variety of products, including potato chips, cheezettes, fried pork rings, and others.

Many have fond memories of the Company’s community involvement, and the great taste of those chips!

Some remember school field trips taken there, and selling Noah’s chips for Y-Teens. They also sponsored bowling teams for those stationed at England Air Force Base.
